Tools to Engage RIDE and Reduce Biases, Prejudices, and Discrimination

Participants are introduced to three leadership tools to engage Wake Forest University’s RIDE framework to assist in reducing biases, prejudices, and discrimination in teams and organizations. The tools covered in this webinar include: a group perception exercise, a framework to engage in challenging conversations to be an active advocate, and a process to establish the context that enables inclusion to flourish.
