SportsBIZ 2025 Enrollment Form

Enrollment deadline is May 31, 2025 but we will accept submissions beyond this date until the start of the program, however, scholarships may not be available.

An enrollment form and a $500 non-refundable deposit are required to register for SportsBIZ. The deposit is necessary to reserve your spot in this unique and exciting program as space is limited. Financial assistance may be available, however, an enrollment form must be submitted prior to consideration.

Please note: A student cannot receive credit for both SportsBIZ (BUS 297) and SMP (BUS 295).

To reserve your spot in the SportsBIZ Program, even if you are a scholarship recipient, you will be required to pay a $500 non-refundable enrollment deposit. If you wish to be considered for a scholarship, we recommend submitting your enrollment form as soon as possible, and be sure to provide an answer to the financial assistance question.
